The cost savings calculator is built to support procurement teams with insight into how to create a business case for outsourcing the recruitment and management of their flexible workers. Please note, the calculation is an indication only and it includes a number of assumptions that will affect your potential savings output. These include:

1) All flex workers work an average of 25 hours per week (1300 hours in a year)

2) 1 hour of absenteeism gets replaced with an additional hour

3) All unique flex workers receive the same number of training hours in a year

4) 1 person turnover gets replaced by 1 person that gets same training hours

5) Randstad is the exclusive supplier for the recruitment and management of the flexible workforce
