The needs of Generation Z (currently ages 18 – 24s) do not differ fundamentally from those of older generations.

Still, there are a few interesting differences. For example, for Gen-Z, the content and setting of the job are more important than for older generations, who pay more attention to salary and security.

  • prefered 3 sectors to work in for generation Z
  • most important criteria for the choice of an employer
  • criterias where Gen-Z is different
